I’ve been a regular customer for the past 6 months and have been fortunate enough to be managed by Tope for 3 times - I always wanted to write a review after I knew her name. Absolute masterclass of how to read a customer and help them through their order journey. You know she means it when she interacts with you. She respects her job, which is something I followed as well when I was a crew member at McDonalds. I hope the stakeholders are seeing this and help her grow up the ladder. Way to go Tope. Your kindness and genuineness always makes my evening better!
Angel provided outstanding customer service! She greeted me warmly and was so friendly throughout my visit. You can tell she really cares about the customer experience. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back
Love the burrito bowl from here, if you're extra hungry you can top up with an extra topping. Sometimes the service can be a little slow as they seem to get tied up with deliveries at times, but you'll only wait a few minutes for service even then
Really great first time here - Victoria was our amazing server and created a delicious burrito bowl for me (LOVE that there is garlic sauce/rice here!) Venue is clean and cosy, great vibes. Will definitely be back when I’m back in the city again. Thank you Victoria!
The Burrito was really good and very flavourful. We were served by Angel, one of the team member. She was very kind and generous and she made it as spicy as we wanted and we loved it. Very friend and she was our Angel in disguise. Thank you so much.
